1. What we collect

When you use Cosmea, we collect:

  • Account info — your name and email from the Google account you sign in with.
  • Booking details — the procedures, dates, budget, language, visit type, phone number, and email you provide when requesting a booking.
  • Usage data — basic technical information (IP address, device, pages viewed) that we use to keep the service running and to improve it.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate Cosmea — to authenticate you, to forward your booking request to the clinic you choose, to email you confirmations and status updates, and to keep the service secure.

3. What we share with clinics

When you submit a booking request, we share the booking details you provided — including your name, email, phone number, and preferences — with the clinic you selected so they can coordinate your appointment. We share this only with the clinic you pick; other clinics on Cosmea don't see your request.

4. Service providers

We use trusted third-party services to run Cosmea — for example, hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, and authentication. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.

5. Retention

We keep your account and booking records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@cosmea.app.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach that affects you, we'll notify you in line with applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
