Yes. Every clinic is reviewed before it goes live on Cosmea. There are no ghost listings.

How will I hear back after I request a booking?

You'll get an email when the clinic confirms. After that, the clinic may reach out directly by WhatsApp, SMS, or email to coordinate your visit. You can track status anytime in My Bookings.

What does it cost to use Cosmea?

Nothing. Browsing clinics and requesting bookings is free for patients.

Do I need an account?

You can browse clinics freely. You'll sign in with Google to submit a booking request and track it in My Bookings.

What if I need to change or cancel a booking?

Reply to your confirmation email or reach out and the Cosmea team will coordinate the change with the clinic. There's no automatic cancellation — a real person handles it.
